The location is good, near all the tourist spots.
The noise level in the room was way too high because of the tiled floors, I could hear other guests walking around all the time. It was not because people were loud on purpose but just moving along the corridors was so disturbing. My nights were disturbed by this.

The rooftop pool was clean and enjoyable. I found the poolside bar very convenient. my room had a mini-fridge with complimentary drinks which was nice. the double glazed doors kept street noise out, i really appreciated this feature.
The room had an internal window facing the dining area. Light leaked in even with the curtains closed.

the hotel benefits from proximity to major tourist attractions, offering easy access. a lively square is close, with many bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. the hotel is very central.

The hotel reception staff were friendly, offering helpful tips on local attractions. marta and adrian were very nice. They even sent a bottle of sparkling wine, unexpected. the staff were excellent and helpful.

The rooftop pool was a wonderful surprise. it had plenty of space for sunbathing. the breakfast was amazing!!! it had a really delicious choice. the staff were friendly and accommodating. They were so helpful.
the floors are tiled, so noise traveled easily. i could hear other guests walking in the corridors. this disturbed my sleep at night. also, a funny smell entered the room from the bathroom.
